I have been informed that I may exercise my rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to my data at any time by making my communication or request in writing at the office of PEQUEÑAS ALEGRÍAS SAC.
By signing this document, THE CLIENT receives a copy and declares having been duly informed about the procedure, response time, and means of responding to requests from PEQUEÑAS ALEGRÍAS SAC. In accordance with and in compliance with DS 011-2011 PCM and its amendments, the response time for the claim may be extended exceptionally depending on the complexity of the request.
The currency type expressed in the “Amount Claimed” field is in Soles (S/).
The data contained in this document has been provided by the client, therefore, it is truthful and fully agreed upon by the user.
Filing a complaint does not preclude resorting to other means of dispute resolution, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
The supplier must respond to the complaint within a period of no more than fifteen (15) business days without extension, after prior notification to the consumer.
